福建龙岩中创投资担保有限公司(以下简称“公司”)是经福建省龙岩市工商行政管理局批准，于2008年4月15日正式注册成立的综合性金融投资担保公司。主要从事金融相关产品担保业务及相关财务顾问，中、小企业及个人融资担保、项目投资、投资管理等服务。公司将不断追加投资，扩大公司的担保基金规模。
公司的发展目标是以担保为主体，以投资和咨询为两翼形式“一体两翼”的商业模式，打造投、融资平台，在为社会广大中小企业和个人提供信用担保向银行贷款融资的同时，促进公司担保经营事业持续、健康和稳步发展。公司以“承载信用，稳健发展”为中小企业及个人提供信用担保服务为宗旨，以高素质的团队和全新的经营理念为依托，通过担保的信息采集，产业引导，投资放大，风险过滤等功能，防止和分散担保风险，实现担保经营资本的高效运作，同时，利用投资管理和投资收益来防范和分散担保风险，弥补担保代偿，增加资产规模，壮大担保能力，通过开展以企业并购，投资基金管理，项目融资、委托理财为重点的投资银行和资产管理业务，提高风险补偿及可持续发展能力，谋求自身的快速、健康发展。
Founded on April 15, 2008 upon approval of Longyan Administrative Bureau for Industry & Commerce of Fujian Province, Zhongchuang Investment & Guaranty Co., Ltd of Longyan City of Fujian Province (hereinafter called as the Company) is a comprehensive financial investment and guaranty company specializing in financial guarantee service, financial consulting, and finance guarantee, project investment, investment management for small & medium-sized enterprises and individuals. The Company will consistently make additional investments to expand the scale of its security funds.
The Company aims at developing a business model featuring one main body with two wings, which embodies its ambition to mainly engage in investment underwriting with investment and consultant as its subordinate services. The Company pursues for a continuous, healthy and steadily development through building a platform of investment and financing for providing credit guarantee for small & medium-sized enterprises and individuals to apply for bank loan. Adhering to the principle of “pursuing integrity in steadily development” in providing credit guarantee service for small & medium-sized enterprises and individuals, the Company, supported by professional teamwork and brand-new operation philosophies, achieves effective operation of the guarantee capital by collecting guarantee information, facilitating industry orientation, expanding investment scale, risks elimination, reducing and diversifying risks. Meanwhile, resorting to investment management & income to guard against guarantee risks, offset the compensation for guarantee, increase assets and enhance its capability for guarantee service, the Company also carries out bank financing and assets management focusing on enterprise acquisition & merger, management of investment funds, project financing, financial planning on commission to enhance its capacity for risk compensation and sustainable development for a speedy and healthy growth.
